Starting from October 1, the unified declaration on employment income will be submitted through the personal electronic taxpayer account.
As is known, by the relevant order of the State Tax Service, the form and preparation rules for the “Unified Declaration (Report) on Withholdings at Source Related to Employment Income” and its annexes have been approved in a new edition.
To further simplify services for taxpayers, the newly approved declaration form on withholdings at source related to employment income will be submitted electronically through the personal taxpayer account starting from October 1.
Previously, this declaration was submitted separately via a dedicated interface, while other tax declarations were filed collectively through the personal e-cabinet. Now, this system has been fully integrated into the taxpayer’s personal account, allowing taxpayers to submit employment-related declarations directly within the e-cabinet.
This innovation aims to reduce the administrative burden on entrepreneurs and enables the submission of all tax declarations from a single platform. As a result, time loss is eliminated, and digital transparency and accountability are further enhanced. Reporting processes for business entities have become simpler, creating more favorable conditions for the timely and convenient fulfillment of tax obligations.
