The “Check Contractors” electronic service provided by the State Tax Service has now been launched. This innovation enhances transparency in the business environment and enables users to promptly obtain legal and status-related information about their business partners.
The “Check Contractors” service allows taxpayers to quickly access legal and tax-related information about potential or existing business partners (counterparties). The purpose of the service is to support taxpayers in establishing healthy economic relations and to reduce potential risks.
Counterparty’s registration status as a taxpayer
VAT registration status
Information regarding liquidation, reinstatement, or suspension of activity
TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) and legal address
Types of activity and information about the legal representative

Log in to the Electronic Cabinet using Asan İmza, SİMA Token, SİMA Signature, or e-signature
From the “Electronic Services” section, select “Check Contractors”
Enter the TIN of the entity you wish to check and obtain the results directly from the system
The service covers information related only to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
All information is provided in real time based on the State Tax Service database.
