We believe that trust needs to be earned over years, and it can be lost with one wrong step.
According to Part 4 of Article 105 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Part 2 of the Decree No. 489 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 18, 2006, “On the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 194-IIIQD of December 8, 2006, on Amendments to the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan hereby decides:
1. March 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 of 2026 shall be designated as the Novruz holiday; March 20 and 21 as the Ramadan holiday; and May 27 and 28 as the Gurban (Eid al-Adha) holiday.
2. In accordance with Part 2 of Article 105 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the days specified in Part 1 of this Decision shall not be considered working days.
