Handle the preparation of meetings and consultations led by the management (collect necessary materials, inform participants about the time, location, agenda, and registration of the event);
Formalize the minutes of meetings and consultations;
Monitor the timely execution of tasks assigned to responsible persons according to the protocol and inform the management about it;
Create a register of tasks assigned by the management to subordinate structural units and monitor their execution;
Obtain necessary information from the company's structural units and executors of its orders and instructions, and if necessary, summarize, systematize, and prepare reports;
Requirements:
Higher education;
Ability to write protocols and official letters;
More than 3 years of work experience in the field;
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani language orthographic rules, English and Russian are desirable;
Knowledge of 1C (8.3) is desirable;
Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, communication, and professional relationship-building skills, commitment to the organization's mission;
High level of verbal and written communication skills;
Analytical and critical thinking, initiative, attention to detail, communication skills, ability to work in a team environment as well as in an intensive mode;

Salary: 900 AZN (gross);
