International Audit Center permit

"International Audit Center" LLC was registered as a legal entity on March 27, 2024, by the Main Department of National Revenues of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The company provides professional services in the areas of establishing and managing accounting systems, preparing financial statements, developing accounting policies, creating internal accounting frameworks, and ensuring compliance with tax legislation for enterprises of various ownership and organizational-legal forms.

Amid the dynamically changing economic environment and the emergence of new economic management principles in the country, "International Audit Center" LLC expanded its scope of activity and, starting from March 2024, commenced operations as an audit organization. For this purpose, an official request was submitted to the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and on May 10, 2024, the company was granted legal authorization to conduct audit activities through License No. AT/300. From that date onward, the company began providing independent audit services.

The company’s service portfolio covers entities from both the public and private sectors, including budgetary organizations, public legal entities, LLCs, and JSCs. These organizations are offered a wide range of services such as organizing and managing accounting systems, preparing financial statements, developing accounting policies, and assessing the compliance of financial reports with international standards. Additionally, independent and objective audit opinions are issued based on conducted audit examinations.

All services provided by the company are performed in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA), the International Accounting Standards (IAS), the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), current legislative acts, and regulatory documents governing the respective fields of activity of its clients.
